Unused included benefits expire at the end of the membership year. Benefits are per pet and are not transferable.
Membership applies to the enrolled pet. Each additional pet requires its own membership. Our staff verifies membership and remaining complimentary benefits at your visit.
The 10% boutique discount applies in store only, to eligible items. It excludes base grooming and bath services, nail trims, training, walks, pet sitting, overnight care, Hand Stripping, membership purchases and gift cards.
LUXE discounts cannot be combined on the same service or item. Valid at both our York and Lancaster salons.
